Requirements for the choux batter.

- 12 eggs
- 1 kg of sugar
- 500gr. fat

Place the eggs and sugar in a mixer. Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then put the eggs one by one in the bowl to mix.

The vanilla cream

- 450 gr. SPC powder from puratos
- 1 kg of sugar
- 4 liters of milk

The chocolate finish
