Requirements for the choux batter.
- 12 eggs
- 1 kg of sugar
- 500gr. fat
Place the eggs and sugar in a mixer. Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then put the eggs one by one in the bowl to mix.

- 4 liters of milk
