Our multigrain bread is made from wheat as a basic flour. Supplemented with a grain mixture soaked in a liquid desm. This gives the grains a delicious, full flavour and guarantees their softness during and after the baking process.
The grain mixture consists of a mix of rye, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, brown and yellow linseed, wheat and spelt.
